Daily Report - May 11, 2010

Highlights

Extragalactic Science

* PKS 0301-243 bright again at about 1.0, TS=178, ph.index 2.01+/-0.15 (z=0.260, near blazar, optically bright, possigle high peaked BL lac object, of interest for TeV telescopes), past LAT ATel 2591 (flux announced 1.4 there). Yesterday ATel 2610 (esternal LAT coll.) announcing VHE emission from Fermi data.
* BL Lacertae is flaring (daily flux 0.7+/-028, ph.index 2.14+/-0.27, TS=37)
* PKS 1424-41 with daily flux 1.43+/-0.37, ph. index 1.96+/-0.17, slighly weaker than yesterday.
* PKS 0537-441 dimming.
* 3C 454.3 and 4C 21.35 still very bright today.
* UL on PKS 0723-008
*B2 1308+32 detected in 6h
